Success rate

The overall rate went up because fewer searches came back empty. When a search finds loads, the agent shows them about 92% of the time, and that rate held steady.

What each search returned

Empty searches fell from 22% to 14% of all searches. Load board failures jumped in the week of Oct 5 (mostly Sylectus email and DAT errors).

How it's measured

Data: agent_messages in the prod load-analytics Postgres, for tabs with agent_tabs.chat_variant = 'mobile'.
Shown: a search_loads result followed by at least one show_loads in the same tab, before the next search_loads.
Outcome comes from the search_loads output text: "Search #N done — ranked N loads" = found loads; "The search returned no loads…" = no loads; "…search FAILED…" = failed. Incomplete criteria and Amazon Relay prompts count as incomplete.
A show_loads after an empty or failed search still counts as shown, because the agent can re-show loads from an earlier search. That is about 85 a week.
